1. Candidate independent to search a job by their own

Candidate is free to search jobs by their own sources along with this application, we do not bound/force any candidate to wait for our next calls. We have taken this application to help/support candidates to schedule interviews via consultancy. All the interviews will be scheduled as per the vacancies available with the consultancy.

2. Document Verification

Candidate will submit previous salary slips & other supporting documents for verification within 7 days from the date of registration/application, If required. And take a receipt of document submission. If failed to submit document consultancy can cancel the application fee unpaid/ nonrefundable.

3. If Update Address/Contact/Email

If any candidate has changed in address, contact no, email ID candidate has to inform the consultancy on time for updating. Via email or written application. (Email- spanjobconsultancy@gmail.com or Call 09131999553)

4. All the interviews will be lined up as per Job availability

All the Interviews will be lined up as per job/ interview availabilities with the consultancy; all the candidates registered will attend the interviews in the time arranged by the consultancy. If we schedule the interview with confirmation of employee and employer and candidates to fail to attend the interview then its Candidate's accountability of not attending the interview.

5. Consultancy has the right to cancel the interview process

If any candidate refuses to attend the interviews consultancy has the right to cancel the interview process for the candidate. No candidate will refer interviews details provided by the consultancy to other job seekers without the written permission from the consultancy if found consultancy has the right to cancel the services for the candidate.

6. After joining the company candidate must have continue min. 3 months for the next interview 

After joining any company Candidate must have to continue minimum 3 months of that particular company, then only after we will provide the next opportunity for an Interview, Nor or neither we will entertain before leaving 3 months of their job. After Selection Candidates must have to submit their Post Dated Cheque for security purposes within 7 days of Joining Letter,

(Services/ Interview schedule will be on hold In case candidate deposit it half/ partial registration deposits, non-deposit of documents in time)

7. After selection candidate has to pay 15 days of half salary

After Selection of Job, We will charge our consultancy fees and the Candidate has to pay (15 days of half salary after getting a job, you have to pay this before or after 1 month completed).

Terms and Conditions* (applied In all categories) Consultancy can have the right to change the policy as per the market situation without any notice

• No Replacement of Registered candidates on behalf of his/her.

• After 1" Job Selection, consecutively 2"d and 3'd Selection of anywhere, Placement Company will charge again the salary selected slab of structure after approval from candidates.

8. No extra charge for the second interview

If a Candidate gets any job and paid for us, but after sometimes the candidate is not comfortable for that particular job, then we provide 1 more chance to get his/her idol job, we will not charge for the second time (but this could be before the date when the end of registration) after registration candidate get time to time updates of new jobs and opportunities (through the mail) once registered with us.

9. If Company discontinued/fires a candidate

If the candidate is selected in any company an interview conducted by a consultancy. And after some time company are discontinued/fires a candidate for his/her job for any reason (for example candidates do not perform to his/her job or misbehaviour or indiscipline or any criminal record). So in this Circumstances consultancy will be not responsible and we will never work with candidates in the future.
